Shipping Policy

At Reboot Wise, we prioritize fast, reliable, and secure delivery for every order. Whether you're purchasing a refurbished laptop or a gently used smartphone, we ensure that your product is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and shipped with precision.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.

We currently offer shipping across the United States, with the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days) – Available for all orders.

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 Business Days) – Available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Free Standard Shipping – Automatically applied to orders over $100.

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the destination and package size, to ensure safe and timely delivery. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours so we can begin the claims process and ensure a resolution.

📍 Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

⏱️ Order Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unexpected carrier delays, weather disruptions, or peak seasonal demand may impact delivery windows. If your order is significantly delayed, our support team is available to assist you.

📦 Signature Confirmation
For higher-value orders (typically over $500), we may require signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

🌎 Currently U.S. Only
We do not ship internationally at this time, but we’re working to expand in the near future.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Reboot Wise, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

 

Customers may return or exchange laptops and mobile devices within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and no signs of physical or liquid damage.

 

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for open-box or used items. If the product is found to be defective or significantly not as described, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@rebootwise.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
